Candice B. Limper

Candice B. Limper, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Scientist in the Drug Development Training Program at Genentech, starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, Candice was a Graduate Researcher at Cornell University from August 2017 to August 2023, focusing on the role of mitochondrial DNA polymerase in T cell development and immunology. Experience includes mentoring undergraduate students, collaborating on research projects, and publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals. Earlier roles involved research in mitochondrial biology at California State University, Los Angeles, and various teaching assistantship positions. Candice holds a Doctorate in Biomedical & Biological Sciences from Cornell University, a Master's in Biology from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor's in Microbiology from California State University, Chico.
