Carmen Quan

Carmen Quan, MSJ, CHC, is the Director of Compliance at Genentech Patient Foundation, where they provide strategic oversight of the organization's 501(c)(3) compliance program. They previously served as the Audit & Policy Lead, directing a team of compliance professionals and facilitating annual policy governance. With a background in various compliance roles at Genentech, Carmen has managed comprehensive monitoring programs and developed customer audit initiatives to maintain the integrity of the Foundation. They earned a Master of Science in Jurisprudence from Seton Hall University School of Law and hold an extensive history in compliance and oversight within the pharmaceutical industry.
