Catherine Acosta

Catherine Acosta is currently a Senior Manager in MSAT Process Engineering Packaging & Forensics at Genentech, where they design and qualify packaging configurations and lead forensic analysis labs. With extensive experience in both biotech and semiconductor manufacturing, Catherine has a strong background in quality system development, process improvements, and regulatory compliance. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Intel Corporation and SEH America, where they focused on manufacturing optimization and defect reduction. Catherine is also a Six Sigma Black Belt and skilled in mentoring, coaching, and facilitating innovative solutions across diverse teams. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy from The University of Manchester and a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Lehigh University.
