Daniel Kirshman

Daniel Kirshman is the Senior Director of Investigations in the Healthcare Compliance Office at Genentech, where they have held various roles since 2020. Previously, Daniel served as a Senior Principal and Principal at Genentech, as well as a Senior Consultant at SafirRosetti and a Criminal Defense Investigator at O'Brien & Associates Investigations. Daniel has also worked as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2011 to 2014. They hold an M.B.A. with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed a Healthcare Compliance Certification Program at Seton Hall University School of Law. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Michigan.
