Danielle DiCara

Danielle DiCara is a Scientist 4 in Antibody Engineering at Genentech since October 2022. Previously, Danielle held various roles at Genentech from July 2019 to May 2021, including Principal Scientific Researcher and Senior Scientific Researcher, focusing on antibody engineering. Between March 2008 and June 2012, Danielle worked as a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge, contributing to the characterization of a novel anti-MET function-blocking antibody, with findings published in Scientific Reports. Danielle's academic background includes a PhD from Barts & the London Queen Mary's School of Medicine & Dentistry, earned in 2006, and a BA (Hons) in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2001. Prior to the academic roles, Danielle was a Post-doctoral Research Fellow, working on targeted cytokine therapy delivery, with results published in Ann Rheum Dis.
