Dave Glover is a Technical Development Leader and Senior Principal Engineer with extensive experience in process technical development, specializing in mammalian and bacterial purification processes. Currently at Genentech since 2022, Glover focuses on leading technical development projects, implementing complex protein purification processes, and overseeing early-stage projects including IND filings. With a career marked by strategic thinking and cross-functional team leadership, Glover has played key roles in significant projects, including the purification development of Tecentriq.
