Dayue Chen

Dayue Chen is a Distinguished Scientist at Genentech, a Member of the Roche Group, and an Adjunct Professor at Keck Graduate Institute in Claremont, CA. With decades of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, Dayue has held leadership roles in both Discovery Research and Product Development, notably as a Research Fellow at Eli Lilly and as Senior Staff at the National Institutes of Health. Currently, Dayue heads Analytical Development for Cell and Individualized Therapies at Genentech, while also pursuing postdoctoral studies in Molecular Biology at Northwestern University. Passionate about education, Dayue actively trains the next generation of industry leaders and volunteers to promote data-driven regulatory compliance across scientific communities.
