Dean Mastrojohn

Dean Mastrojohn is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media relations and corporate communications, currently serving as Senior Director of Media Relations and Strategy at Genentech since April 2024. Previously, Dean was a Communications & Media Relations Consultant at Zeno Group, where storytelling and media relations initiatives were spearheaded for various pharma/biotech clients. Dean's career also includes pivotal roles at GCI Group, Pfizer, Reckitt Benckiser, Unilever, KPMG LLP, and MWWPR, where significant achievements in media coverage, corporate reputation, and crisis management were realized. Dean holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Communication & Information Studies and Communications, respectively, from Rutgers University.
