Don Low

Don Low is an accomplished leader in genomics and bioinformatics, currently serving as Senior Director at Genentech since November 2016. In this role, Don leads a team focused on the intersection of genomics, computational methods, and drug development, while also managing key collaborations in individualized mRNA, DNA, and T-Cell therapy. Prior to this, Don held various prominent positions at Genentech, including Principal Site Manager for Contract Manufacturing Operations and technical lead for individualized Neoantigen Specific Therapeutics. Don's extensive experience also includes roles at Baxter BioScience, Ethos Pharmaceuticals, PDL Biopharma, and Gryphon Therapeutics, where significant contributions were made in research and development, project management, and regulatory processes. Don holds a PhD in Chemistry from Caltech and a BA in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
