Donna Lee

Donna Lee, PhD, DABT, is a distinguished scientist and director at Genentech, specializing in portfolio toxicology within the neuroscience sector since January 2010. With a comprehensive background in nonclinical toxicology strategies, Donna has overseen the development of nucleic acid-based medicines for neurological disorders and has served as the Therapeutic Area Lead for neuroscience, focusing on various therapeutic modalities. Donna's contributions include leadership roles in pharmacology and toxicology projects, along with a significant body of research, including a publication in The Journal of Neuroscience. Additionally, Donna has engaged in community education as a volunteer scientist while holding previous research fellowships and positions in academia, including postdoctoral studies at the Buck Institute for Age Research.
