Doran Hayes is an experienced Energy Project Manager with a substantial background in engineering and project management. Having completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Doran’s career spans over four decades, including roles as Senior Project Manager at Genentech and Manager of Engineering Projects at Roche Pharmaceuticals. Doran retired from Hayes Recreation Inc. in March 2019 after a notable 42-year career. Prior to these positions, Doran contributed to projects as a Principle Engineer at Gilead Sciences and as a Project Manager at Syntex.
