Doug Camposano

Doug Camposano is currently the Director of QA Operations at Genentech, where they ensure compliance with manufacturing regulations and oversee product disposition activities. Previously, Doug held multiple leadership roles at Merck, including Quality Lead for West Point Quality Operations, where they managed a team responsible for quality support in high-profile vaccine productions. Doug has extensive experience in GMP compliance, continuous improvement, and team development, as evidenced by their success in managing significant capital projects and regulatory inspections. They hold a BS in Chemical Engineering and a BS in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MS in Management of Technology from the same institution.
