Elise Conner

Elise Conner is the Director of Federal Government Affairs at Genentech, a position held since 2017. Prior to this role, they served as a Legislative Director and a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives, specializing in areas such as agriculture, trade, foreign affairs, defense, and healthcare policy. Elise has several years of experience as a congressional staffer, advising Congressman Bill Johnson and collaborating on legislative initiatives. They also gained valuable insights into Middle Eastern culture and language through their international experience and academic background, holding a BS in Business Economics from Miami University.
