Emma Elsner

Emma Elsner is a Senior Bio Process Technician at Genentech, with extensive experience in bioprocessing and manufacturing within the biotechnology sector. Since March 2010, Emma has contributed to various interdisciplinary teams focused on procedural design and improvement, change management, and operational excellence, particularly in a $15 million facility upgrade portfolio at one of the largest biotech manufacturing facilities globally. Key skills include proficiency in cGMP environments, automated equipment operation, and writing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Prior to Genentech, Emma worked as a Production Technician at Commonwealth Serum Laboratories, specializing in influenza vaccine manufacturing, and held a role as a Research Associate in product development R&D.
