Eric Hojnacki

Eric Hojnacki is a Product Strategy Leader at Genentech, where they have worked since 2021, focusing on the Lytics Franchise. Previously, Eric held various roles at Genentech, including Global MSAT Biologics Drug Product Engineer and Business Systems Analyst, contributing significantly to projects aimed at enhancing processes and supplier quality. Eric also completed an Operations Rotational Development Program, gaining experience in diverse areas such as technology validation and external quality assessment. Currently, Eric is pursuing an M.B.A. in Operations Management and Data Analytics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, alongside a Graduate Certificate in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, and holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
