Frederick Ballyns

Frederick Ballyns is currently a Principal Reliability Engineer at Genentech, where they develop contract proposals and track execution while meeting with customers to gain approval. They previously worked at Boeing as a Systems Engineer IV for the US Air Force KC-46 Tanker, managing substantial orders and developing tools to enhance workflow. Prior to that, Frederick held various engineering roles, including a Mechanical Engineer position at e2e Materials and a Biomedical Researcher role at Cornell University, where they published research on tissue engineering. Frederick earned a Master's degree in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
