Frederick Cramer has a diverse background in project management and aviation, with significant experience in the construction and biotechnology sectors. Serving as Project Controls Manager at EPC Consultants from 1994 to 1998, Frederick managed the San Francisco International Airport Masterplan Program and worked on various transportation and infrastructure projects in the Bay Area. Prior to this role, Frederick was a pilot in the US Navy from 1984 to 1994, participating in two deployments on the USS Forrestal and serving as an instructor pilot in San Diego. Currently, Frederick holds the position of Sr. Manager Project Controls at Genentech, Inc., a role commenced in 1998. Frederick obtained a BS in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurial Management from San Francisco State University.
