Gary Cain is a Senior Pathologist/Scientist at Genentech, a position held since 2007. They previously served as Director of Toxicology at Connetics/Stiefel Pharmaceuticals from 2005 to 2007 and as Department Head of Comparative Medicine at Roche Pharmaceuticals from 1995 to 2005. Gary is currently pursuing a PhD in Comparative Pathology at the University of California, Davis, and holds a BS and DVM in veterinary medicine from Colorado State University. They are also a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists (ACVP).
