Geneva Trivella

Geneva Trivella (Licht) has been with Genentech since August 2013, currently serving as the Recruitment Lead/Hybrid Subregion Coach in the Genentech Research and Early Development (gRED) division. Previous roles at Genentech include Senior Principal Talent Partner, Principal Talent Partner, and various positions in University Talent Acquisition and Strategy. Geneva's early career included a role as an AmeriCorps VIP with Central Coast AmeriCorps, focusing on volunteer program support in California. Geneva holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
