Guy Zuzovsky is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee relations and human resources management. Currently serving as Principal Employee Relations Manager at Genentech since November 2010, Guy provides expert consultation on complex employee issues and conducts thorough investigations in response to internal complaints. Prior to this role, Guy held various positions at UCSF, including Manager of Labor & Employee Relations, where responsibilities encompassed managing labor relations for a significant workforce and navigating compliance with labor agreements. Guy also served as Director of the Office of Human Resources Services for the School of Medicine Dean’s Office, overseeing HR leadership and implementing employee programs. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
