Jake Yeung

Jake Yeung is a Principal Scientist at Genentech, where they focus on research in systems biology, particularly the interactions of cells in various contexts. Previously, they served as a Machine Learning Team Lead at the Wellcome Sanger Institute and as an Independent Staff Scientist at the Institute of Science and Technology Austria. Jake has also been a Human Frontier Science Program Fellow at the Hubrecht Institute. They hold a PhD in Computational Systems Biology from EPFL, a Master of Science in Genome Science & Technology from the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
