Jason Vorhees

Jason Vorhees has extensive experience in the biotechnology industry, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at Genentech since August 2008. Vorhees has held multiple roles at Genentech, including Principal Project Manager of iNeST Manufacturing, Sr. Manager of Process Engineering and Project Management, Manager of Engineering, and Manager of Validation. Prior to Genentech, Vorhees worked at Amgen as a Process Development Engineer from November 2002 to July 2008 and at Baxter BioScience as a Validation Engineer from April 2001 to November 2002. Vorhees holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from the University of California, Davis, completed in 2001.
