Jennifer Lanman

Jennifer Lanman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning technologies and training management, currently serving as a Senior Learning Technologies Manager at Genentech since 2012. In this role, Jennifer oversees the digital channel for delivering effective training to field users, emphasizing a blended adult learning approach and leading the development of new features through an Agile framework. Previous positions at Genentech included Senior Manager in Learning Technologies & Design and Manager of Learning Management & Administration. Prior to Genentech, Jennifer worked at Roche Diagnostics in various training and administrative roles, where significant achievements included leading a team for LMS support and establishing quality training processes. Jennifer also has foundational experience as a Software Trainer at Simon Property Group. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis.
