Jim (James) Peal, PhD, is an experienced leadership and organizational development expert with a career spanning several decades. Since September 1995, Jim has served as the Owner and CEO of Leadership Development Group, focusing on leadership, team, and organizational development. Jim currently works as an OD Consultant for Edison International and Southern California Edison, specializing in executive and team coaching. Additional roles include consulting for Genentech, Phoenix Obsidian, and Inclusion Design Group, where Jim led global DE&I programs. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychophysiology from Union Graduate School, a Bachelor of Science in Psychophysiology from the University of California, Davis, and a BS & PA in Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine.
