John Anthenien

John Anthenien is the Head of Global Facilities Management at Genentech, where they partner with site heads and engineering leaders to enhance performance and sustainability across facilities management services. With extensive experience in biopharmaceutical management and a focus on GMP manufacturing and research, they have successfully developed energy programs and managed large teams across various organizations, including Novartis and Chiron Corporation. Anthenien is committed to fostering an inclusive community that prioritizes customer service excellence and operational efficiency. They are currently pursuing a B.S. in Economics at the University of San Francisco and an MBA at Saint Mary's College of California.
