JuHae Son

JuHae Son is an accomplished Executive Director of Policy & Pipeline Access Strategy at Genentech, where they previously held various roles, including Senior Director, Public Policy & Reimbursement, and Sr. Policy Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Research Analyst and Senior Research Analyst at Acumen LLC, contributing to policy research and analysis. They began their professional journey at Santa Cruz Biotechnology as a Technical Service Associate, where they designed recombinant proteins for research purposes. JuHae holds a B.A. in Human Biology, with a focus on Neuroscience, from Stanford University and completed a Professional Coaching course at New Ventures West.
