Julia Myers

Julia Myers, PHR, has extensive experience in employee relations, having served as Principal Employee Relations Manager at Genentech since July 2012. Prior to this role, Julia held positions as Sr. Manager of Global Employee Relations at Gap Inc. from January 2004 to July 2012 and as Director of Employee Relations at Providian Financial from 1997 to 2004. Julia's earlier career includes roles as HR Generalist at AG Consulting (ADP) and Regional HR Manager at ABM Security Services. Julia's educational accomplishments include a Workplace Investigation Certificate from the Association of Workplace Investigators, Mediation Certification from the Northern California Mediation Center, a Certificate of Human Resources from eCornell, and a PHR from HRCI, as well as recent certification in mediation from the Center for Understanding In Conflict.
