Katy Scott

Katy Scott has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, having held leadership roles at Genentech from February 2014 to August 2019, including Head of External Quality and Director of Facilities and Engineering, overseeing a team of approximately 25 engineers for process engineering and project delivery in biologics manufacturing. Following this, Katy joined Roche Diagnostics in August 2019, serving as Vice President and Site Head for Pleasanton and Santa Clara, and was responsible for facilities management and SHE compliance while leading integration efforts for site acquisitions. Katy also held the position of Senior Director for Integration, Facilities, and Site Services at Roche Molecular Solutions until April 2022. Academically, Katy holds a Masters of Information and Data Science from UC Berkeley and Professional Certificates in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.
