Kaylene Co is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent marketing, change management, and employee engagement within the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in People Experience Change Management and Marketing at Genentech, Kaylene leads initiatives to enhance the employee lifecycle and drive the adoption of key programs. Previous roles include Global Talent Marketing Partner and Community Manager, where Kaylene developed strategic campaigns to attract diverse talent and strengthen Genentech's brand presence. Kaylene began an academic career at California Polytechnic State University, gaining research expertise and supporting faculty in curriculum development.
