KT is a Master Instructional Designer at Genentech, where they serve as a Senior Trainer and T&D Governance Lead. With over 20 years of experience in compliance, accreditation, and adult learning, KT holds a Master’s in Education and is a Fellow of the Alliance for Continuing Education of the Health Professions. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in General Psychology with an emphasis on Performance Psychology, KT has developed numerous learning experiences across various therapeutic areas, demonstrating a relentless passion for learning and performance improvement.
