Loren Kalm

Loren Kalm has extensive experience in investor relations and finance within the biotechnology sector, serving as the Head of Investor Relations North America at Genentech since August 2011. Previous roles at Genentech included Investor Relations Officer and Finance positions focused on R&D project finance, business development finance, and support for contract manufacturing deals. A short-term assignment in corporate planning at Roche took place in late 2014. Loren's career began with internships at Genentech and the Pittsburgh Life Sciences Greenhouse, specializing in manufacturing sciences and early-stage biotech investments, respectively. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Biotechnology Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology and Biomedical Engineering from Tufts University.
