Lynette Young

Lynette Young, AIA, PMP, is a Principal Project Manager at Genentech with ten years of experience as a construction consultant, owner’s representative, architect, and project manager. Lynette has worked on various projects including office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and multi-family developments, specializing in the San Francisco Bay Area and engaging in national and international real estate transactions. Educated at the University of California, Berkeley, Lynette earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture. Their comprehensive background includes oversight of hundreds of buildings, ranging from single structures to multi-building portfolios totaling over 5,000,000 RSF.
