They began their career as a Health IT Intern at Kaiser Permanente and held various roles at McKesson and UCSF Health, progressing to Head of Information Technology Department, where they led a team of over 50 and implemented significant upgrades to medical information systems. Currently, as Healthcare Product Director at Genentech, Marco focuses on enhancing clinical support and patient data platforms while integrating AI with EHR systems for personalized treatment solutions.
