Martha Harrell

Martha Harrell is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience at Genentech, currently serving as the Organization Learning & Evolution Leader (Sr. Director) since May 2000. Martha has held multiple leadership roles, overseeing learning solutions and services within product development, and managing significant training programs that enhanced employee capabilities and compliance for over 1,200 staff. Notable achievements include developing a site-wide role-based training curriculum, leading a workshop to improve GMP knowledge, and enhancing training compliance ratings. Prior to Genentech, Martha worked at XOMA and Berkeley Lab, gaining foundational experience in training and administration. Martha holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership/Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
