Matty Hackim is currently an R&D Finance Enterprise Partner at Genentech, specializing in finance strategies to drive value creation and productivity within molecule teams. Previously, they served as a Finance Enterprise Partner and Technology & Innovation Specialist at Roche, where they embraced financial frameworks and contributed to strategic decision-making. Matty has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, having worked in senior roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where they led FP&A initiatives for the EMIA region. Matty holds a BA in Economics and Communications from Tel Aviv University. Additionally, they served as a Company Sergeant Major in the Israeli military from 2001 to 2002.
