Michael Allen

Michael Allen is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical and military sectors with extensive experience in specialty sales and management. Currently serving as a Therapeutic Area Manager at Genentech since March 2024, Michael previously held multiple leadership roles at Sanofi from December 2014 to March 2024, focusing on Neurology Specialty Business sales and the launch of innovative treatments for Multiple Sclerosis. An active duty Command Post Chief of Operations with the United States Air Force from February 2014 to February 2024, Michael possesses six years of command experience, including overseeing nuclear missile operations. Prior to this, a successful tenure at Merck spanned from September 1999 to August 2014, marked by notable achievements in territory management and sales growth within the Migraine market. Michael holds a BA in Criminology from Kent State University and an MA in Business Management from Webster University, and is currently pursuing further education at Kent State University.
