Michael Norman

Michael Norman is a legal and compensation governance professional with extensive experience in incentive compensation policies and litigation. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Incentive Compensation Governance at Genentech since May 2022, Norman previously held multiple roles at Salesforce, including Senior Manager and Manager of Global Incentive Compensation Policy, from December 2018 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes significant positions as Senior Trial Counsel and Senior Attorney at the State Bar of California, as well as a Senior Associate and Associate in Securities Litigation & Enforcement at WilmerHale. Norman began a legal career after earning a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and holds an A.B. in Government from Cornell University.
