Michele da Silva has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within Genentech and Genentech BioOncology, from 2006 to 2010. As a Sales Trainer for Avastin, Michele developed workshops for sales meetings, created training modules, and facilitated leadership development workshops. Transitioning to the role of Regional Program Manager for Herceptin, Michele provided coaching to sales representatives, managed district performance, and created launch readiness plans. As Director for the Healthcare New York Metro Market, Michele led initiatives in Personalized Health Care and collaborated with oncology institutions to enhance patient care. Michele also served as Associate Director of the East Biomarker Testing Team, focusing on improving quality testing and managing a high-performing team.
