Mike Herb

Mike Herb is a dedicated and passionate security professional currently serving as the Security Manager at Genentech Pharmaceuticals, where they oversee the supervision and training of control room operators. Previously, they held the position of Academy Operations Manager at the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training, directing the development and delivery of crucial training programs for various public safety sectors. Their extensive experience includes roles as a Police Captain, Police Detective, and 911 Dispatcher at the Forest Grove Police Department, as well as a Volunteer Firefighter with City of Forest Grove Fire & Rescue. Mike holds a degree in Management & Supervision from Portland Community College.
