Mona D. Shah

Mona D. Shah is a Senior Medical Safety Director in Late Stage Product Development, currently serving as the Safety Strategy Leader for giredestrant in global clinical trials for various cancers. Previously, as a Lead Medical Director, they managed global clinical studies in non-malignant hematology and rare diseases. With over a decade of experience in academia, Mona was an Associate Professor and physician administrator at Baylor College of Medicine, where they focused on clinical operations and patient safety. They hold multiple advanced degrees, including an MD and an MBA. Additionally, they currently serve as an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine.
