Natalie Abts

Natalie Abts serves as the Head of Human Factors Engineering at Genentech, specializing in device and packaging development leadership. Previously, Natalie held various roles at the National Center for Human Factors in Healthcare, including Senior Advising Consultant and Senior Program Manager for Usability Services. Natalie's early career included positions as a Program Manager and an Industrial & Systems Engineering Intern at the University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation, as well as roles such as Assistant Photographer at Petri Photography, LLC, and Print Production Specialist at Great Big Pictures. Natalie earned an MS in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a BS in Art from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
