Neha Goel

Neha Goel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic analytics and business planning. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Strategic Analytics & Intelligence in Ophthalmology at Genentech since October 2021, Neha previously held the role of Associate Director for North America Forecasting and Business Planning at Jazz Pharmaceuticals from April 2021 to October 2021. Earlier positions include Strategy Insights and Planning Consultant at ZS, Summer Associate in Global Product Strategy at Genentech, and various roles at Quartzy, Inc., where Neha managed customer support and lead generation teams. Neha began a career in research with experiences as a Staff Research Associate at UCSF Diabetes Center and Molecular Biology Research Assistant at Feng Guo Laboratory. Neha holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from UCLA.
