Nikki Depold

Nikki Depold is the Executive Director of Workforce Services at Genentech, where they lead initiatives to enhance the workplace experience for over 13,500 employees. With a robust background of 20 years in finance and business operations, Nikki previously directed the Site Services Strategy and Business Operations team at Genentech, focusing on learning development and process improvement. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and have also studied Italian and Art History at Università per Stranieri di Siena. Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time with their two daughters, racing in obstacle courses with their partner, and exploring wine country.
