Paul Schank

Paul Schank is currently the Director of Validation at Genentech, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Paul served as a Director of Commissioning, Qualification and Validation at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. from 2023 to 2025 and as Validation Lead—Equipment, Facilities and Utilities from 2019 to 2023. Paul was an Assistant Professor at Stevens Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2018 and held various management positions in validation at organizations such as AstraZeneca, ImClone Systems, and Laureate Biopharmaceutical Services, Inc. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Polytechnic University between 1988 and 1992.
