Paul Skala

Paul Skala, FACHE, is an experienced healthcare executive with over 27 years in operations and policy, including 9 years in C-suite leadership roles. A proud Air Force Medical Service Corps officer, Paul demonstrated success in managing complex healthcare initiatives across the U.S. and internationally. Currently serving as the Senior Director for the Federal Team at Genentech, Paul focuses on providing breakthrough medicines to military members, veterans, and their families. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Studies with "Academic Distinction" from the USAF Air War College and has completed several leadership programs to enhance professional skills.
