Raena Sumiyoshi

Raena Sumiyoshi is a second-year MBA student at UCLA Anderson, focusing on commercialization strategy. Prior to this, they served as a Program Manager and later a Clinical Research Coordinator at Assembly Biosciences, overseeing drug development for Hepatitis B and managing clinical trials for autism research at Stanford University. Raena has also held various roles at Genentech, contributing significantly to portfolio strategy and execution in the breast and gynecological disease areas. Their athletic background includes being an elite synchronized swimming athlete, representing the U.S. on the Junior National Team.
