Ran Li

Ran Li is a Senior Principal Scientist at Genentech since May 2021, specializing in preclinical and translational pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD). In this role, Ran Li guides PKPD strategies for biologics in oncology and immunology, leading investigations on the PK, PD, and biodistribution of novel therapeutics. Responsibilities include the development of computational PKPD models and the authorship of regulatory documents to support health authority filings for large-molecule therapeutics. Prior positions include Instructor and Postdoctoral Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, where Ran Li researched nanotherapies and therapeutic antibodies. Ran Li earned a PhD in Biological Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
