Raya McHugh

Raya McHugh, MPH, CCXP, is a Customer and Patient Experience Executive with extensive experience in healthcare settings. They began their career as an Administrative Assistant/Program Coordinator at UCSF, managing NIH training grants and pediatric fellowship programs. At Genentech, Raya held several positions including Director of Customer Experience, where they led initiatives focused on patient affordability and health equity, and contributed to patient market research across rare diseases. Raya also has experience in epidemiology, having interned at both BJC HealthCare and the California Department of Public Health, and holds degrees in Public Health and Community and Regional Development.
