Ritam Das is a Technical Development Scientist I at Genentech, with prior experience as a Process Development Scientist at Poseida Therapeutics, Inc., where expertise in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) was developed through a rigorous Design of Experiments (DOE) approach.
