Robert Hall

Robert Hall is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property and patent law. Currently serving as Senior Patent Counsel at Genentech Inc since October 2010, Robert previously held the position of Director of Intellectual Property at Roche Palo Alto from December 2009 to October 2010. Prior to that, Robert worked as Senior Patent Counsel at Roche Palo Alto from 2002 to 2009 and as a patent attorney at Bozicevic, Field & Francis LLP between 2000 and 2002. Robert holds a J.D. from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law (1994), a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1986), and a B.A. in Chemistry from UC San Diego (1981).
